Individual Therapy

I see adults (18+) with a wide variety of concerns; here are a few that I focus on:

  • Challenges in family relationships

  • Partner relationship concerns

  • Symptoms of anxiety or depression (particularly when these symptoms have not abated after trying numerous interventions or you do not understand)

  • Sexual concerns

  • Feeling stuck or overall feelings of continual guilt or shame

  • Identity concerns

Populations I commonly see:

  • Professional women and those a bit too used to doing everything - for everyone!

  • Those who have ventured through graduate programs, law school, or medical school

  • Individuals part of or discovering if they identify with the LGBTQIA+ community

  • Individuals grappling with their religious/spiritual upbringing

  • Those feeling disconnected, confused, or overwhelmed about the role of sex in their life (including what it means for them to be a sexual person)

Couples Therapy

I work best with couples who are motivated, open, and curious about improving their relationship together, addressing:

  • Challenges in navigating the structure of their relationship

  • Difficulty addressing the important topics or emotional content

  • Communication differences or misconnections

  • Betrayals

  • Sexual concerns

  • Separation

  • Desire to get ahead of any major challenges

    • This is a great time to come in! No need to wait until the house is on fire, let’s look at the whole structure while it is being built.

Clinical Supervision

Providing supervision is such a joy for me; helping clinicians lean into their own confidence and find themselves in the therapy space. I have a few years and specific training in providing clinical supervision to individuals who are just learning to do therapy or finishing out their final hours before licensure.
